With decades of combined Indian Ocean fly fishing operation management, Fly Fish Seychelles is entirely unique in having the leading team of destination experts advising and controlling much of the prime bookings for Alphonse and the St Francois flats.

As General managers of Alphonse island Fishing Company Vaughn Driessel, Aline Quinard and their team of guides were responsible for the formative exploration and continued development of the 10,000 acre St Francois flats fishery and the day to day management and longevity of the fly fishing program for the past six years. During this time their enthusiam and attention to detail have taken the standard of fishing-guest care from level to higher level, all the while ensuring the continued progress of the fishery conservation management.

During the latter months of 2006 and early 2007 the Alphonse Group (Alphonse, Bijoutier & St Francois Atolls) islands and fishery rights were sold to new owner Colin Bell, a reknown conservationalist and operator of first class island retreats, originating from a very sucessful safari operation background. Since leaving Alphonse Island Fishing Company in May 2007, Vaughn and Aline became partners with their former colleague (formerly Shackleton International's Operations Manager) Peter Rippin, establishing Fly Fish Seychelles Ltd, a company devoted to Seychellois fly fishing and what they believe to be the very best (discovered) salt water flats fly fishery in exisitance today.
